This also leads to maintaining a healthy weight. With a good workout and staying on a healthy diet, you'll sure be able to maintain a healthy weight as well. Another good way to maintain good blood pressure is to manage stress effectively. Start your day with a good breakfast, keep your mind clear, eat good throughout the day and stay energized. Lastly, quit smoking! Smoking can cause your blood pressure to go down.
